LIZEL VAN NIEKERK
DIRECTOR | PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Lizel began her career in real estate in 2010 as a letting agent. She soon transitioned into complex management, where her hard work and dedication led her to become a portfolio manager, overseeing a diverse range of schemes. In 2023, Lizel seized the opportunity to take on a leadership role, becoming a director and co-founding LYHMM Properties alongside her colleagues.
YOLANDE OWEN
DIRECTOR | PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Yolande began her career as a Portfolio Manager in new developments in 2006. After a few years, she expanded her expertise by gaining rental experience while working with Just Letting. In 2010, she returned to her roots as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager, continuing to build her career in this specialized field.
Yolande lives by the motto, “A Sectional Title Portfolio Manager is born, not made.” This belief has guided her throughout her career, ultimately leading her to become a Director at LYHMM Properties, where she now works alongside her colleagues.
MAUREEN HOWROYD

Maureen entered the real estate industry in early 2021 as a junior portfolio manager. Her rapid advancement to senior portfolio manager, combined with her extensive financial and business experience, has made her an invaluable founding director of LYHMM Properties.
